A little about me — and why I coach the way I do
Hi,I’m Lauren.
I've spent years around sport at a high level, and I understand what it takes to show up — even when it's hard. The discipline, the pressure, the drive to keep pushing.
But I've also lived the other side of training: injury, recovery, and the long road of rebuilding when your body doesn't feel like it used to.

I'm also a mum — and honestly, motherhood has been one of the biggest teachers when it comes to training. I understand the juggle: broken sleep, full days, and a million moving parts. I know workouts don't always fit neatly into life — and that consistency can look different in different seasons.
That's why I build training around real life. Effective sessions that don't take over your week. Structure that supports you (not overwhelms you). Flexibility that still keeps you moving forward — even when energy and time are limited.

My goal isn't just to help you get fitter. It's to help you feel strong, capable, steady, and proud of yourself — because that's what changes everything.
How I coach
Calm, supportive,
and intentional.
I pay attention to how you move, what your body needs, and how to strengthen it properly so you're not constantly restarting.
You won't be pushed for the sake of it. You won't be left guessing. And you won't be treated like a number.
You'll have a plan. You'll have guidance. And you'll have someone walking beside you as you build this.

But more than anything — I coach from lived experience. I know what it's like to start again, and I know how powerful the right support can be.
